Thank you for visiting my page! I've always had a drive to make things and have finally found an outlet to do so AND give back. Songbird Grove Collection began so my husband and I could help couples going through infertility treatments. We were helped during our personal journey and we want to pay it forward!

HOW THE NAME BEGAN

As I was going through treatments, I would have alone time praying, researching, and hoping on our back porch which overlooks a grove of pecan trees. A red cardinal would perch and sing daily in the moments of prayer, then fly off into the grove only to return the next day. It's like God sent him to let me know He was listening. If you don't know, a red cardinal is a symbol of God's power and fire. The name "Songbird Grove" is a symbolic combination of the reminder of God's power and the analogy of the group of women who continue to sing in the walk through infertility.

OUR STORY

My husband and I had gone through the infertility treatments journey, with me having countless surgeries, 3 unsuccessful intrauterine inseminations (IUIs), 2.5- yes, 2.5 unsuccessful in vitro fertilizations (IVFs), 3 rounds of clomid, hundreds of shots, and felt the physical and emotional pain with multiple chemical pregnancies. Infertility is hard and expensive.

For us, treatments didn't provide us our baby, but I truly think we were drug through the mud to have the knowledge and empathy to help others. Not every story is shiny, but most stories have hope. We don't know where we sit forming our family, but we know God will give us what we need in His timing...if that is even meant for us.

Years ago we won a FREE IVF treatment and we always said we'd hope to give back one day what we had once received. We thank all of the family and friends who surrounded us during our struggles and now want to surround others in it. I encourage you to shop my artwork collections so we can help others.
