Refund & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy: 
First, thank you for your order as proceeds from your order assist couples going through infertility treatments! I take pride in our business and am so sorry if any items are damaged or broken!

MODIFYING ORDERS:

If you need to modify your order, please email songbirdgrove@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. I will try my best to make those accommodations, but cannot guarantee the revisions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

For return or exchange requests, please email songbirdgrove@gmail.com. I will try and assist you any way I can. Please keep in mind that the coloring of the jewelry you receive may not be exact as pictured. Sometimes the lighting of the photo depicts different coloring, but I try my best to portray the correct coloring. Same for T-shirts and other products. 

When returning jewelry, please keep in mind ONLY unworn jewelry will be accepted. I do reserve the right to deny exchanges and/or refunds on any item. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order if there are issues, as they can happen. If you are wanting a different T-shirt size, I will only accept back unworn and smoke-free home products. 

Please include in your email for an exchange or return your order number and a reason why you are requesting an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If I sent you the wrong item, I will pay for the return shipping label. Please keep in mind proceeds are assisting in infertility donations for couples in need.

Once the item has been returned to Songbird Grove, your exchange will be mailed within 10 business days, assuming the requested item is in stock. If the new item(s) is not in stock, the item will be mailed within 14 business days of arrival to the studio. As many know, shipping has taken longer than usual. Due to limited quantities for some merchandise, exchanges may not be possible and a refund (excluding shipping costs) may be provided. For refunds, once the item has been returned to Songbird Grove, the credit should show up on your account within 10 business days.

Defects Policy:

Some defects may occur on some merchandise, even though I try my best to ensure quality of all jewelry I carry. If you notice defects that prevent you from wearing or using the product, please email songbirdgrove@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted if an email has not been sent to Songbird Grove within 3 days of your package's arrival. Please include a photo of the defected item in your email.
